Guarantee limits

Each element covered by the guarantee is subject to a maximum amount provided for in the Regulations and in your contract:

Refund of deposits for a maximum of $50,000
Reimbursement of relocation, moving, and storage costs due to late delivery for a maximum of $6,000
Completion and repair of defects and poor workmanship, the amount entered in the sales contract or the job contract without ever exceeding a maximum of $300,000 for single-family buildings.
