Mandatory guarantee plan and private guarantee plans

The Mandatory Guarantee Plan

As provided for in the Regulation respecting the guarantee plan, it is applicable to the following types of residences:

detached single-family homes
semi-detached or row houses
multi-family buildings with 2 to 5 dwellings (duplex, triplex, intergenerational house)
divided co-ownerships with four or less overlapping private portions
